A company devoted to structuring, developing and managing realty projects, both commercial and residential, in Lima and the interior of Peru. In 2006, it started one of the largest housing projects in Lima and Callao, to build a total 2000 apartments. In the first half of 2007, Urbi built the Real Plaza Trujillo shopping center. The mall’s initial stage opened in mid-July. Moreover, Urbi has added a new business to its administration portfolio, bringing to four the total of business centers it manages. In the second half of 2007, Urbi will deliver the first two stages of the Alameda Colonial housing project. In addition, it expects to pursue its realty business by building another commercial center in Huancayo city, while successfully concluding new housing projects and consolidating its business center management activity. Its 60 employees-strong team has undertaken all these projects with typical enthusiasm.
